Espresso eggnog martini

Toast the festive season with this eggnog martini flavoured with espresso. Serve in martini glasses with a grating of nutmeg for the ultimate Christmas tipple.

Ingredienser

  • ice
  • 50 ml espresso
  • 50 ml spiced rum
  • 25 ml coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
  • 2 tbsp shop-bought vanilla custard
  • grating of nutmeg

Put a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker.

Add the espresso, rum, coffee liqueur and custard.

Shake well.
